- For the National Advanced Systems (NAS) project, managed the computer facility operations, including systems and PC and LAN support. Designed the computer facility layout and LAN, then implemented the construction. Managed and maintained the purchase requisitioning of all hardware and software.

- For an IR&D project, designed a virtual machine protected operating system for the 80386 microprocessor. Designed, coded, and tested a Pascal procedure and line-tracing subsystem for NSA. For a pilot project for U. S. Customs, designed and installed the I/O Driver code for Poll Select Protocol into a BBN C/10 NIU (Network Interface Unit) powered by the M68000 microprocessor written in C and assembler. For an Immigration and Naturalization Service (INS) project, worked on the design and implementation of the Adjudications Casework System using the Yourdon Structured Analysis Methodology.
